Our clinic policy on no shows and cancellations has been updated
Due to frequent missed appointments and last minute cancellations, we will now enforce cancellation and no-show charges.

Our clinic specializes in musculoskeletal and vestibular physiotherapy, addressing a wide range of conditions including joint and muscle pain, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, balance disorders, dizziness, and vertigo. Using evidence-based assessment and treatment techniques, we develop targeted rehabilitation programs designed to reduce pain, restore function, and improve overall mobility and stability.

• NOTICE PERIOD: CLIENTS MUST PROVIDE AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING OF APPOINTMENTS. THIS ALLOWS US TO ACCOMODATE OTHER PATIENTS AND MANAGE SCHEDULES EFFECTIVELY.
• LATE CANCELLATIONS FEE: IF CANCELLATION IS MADE LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, A CANCELLATION FEE MAY BE CHARGED TYPICALLY RANGING AROUND 50 %.
• NO SHOW POLICY: CLIENTS WHO DO NOT SHOW UP FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL SESSION FEE.

This measure is implemented to ensure that clients requiring appointments can access the necessary assistance.
